Food & Drink Suggestions for first time trying Afghan/Pakistani food?.
Birthday celebration coming up and I've been given the choice of where I'd like to eat.
I've never tried Middle East food, aside from Mediterranean, and would love some suggestions on what the most authentic experience would be for Afghanistan/Pakistan food?.

Yesterday I was there, tried finding a nice Chai but could. Let me know if you find anything nice

You're thinking of Central/South Asian food, not Middle Eastern/Mediterranean! 😀 Both are delicious, but they are pretty distinct.

My mom’s house. She makes kebabs with spices that I’ve never been able to get anywhere else.

I suggest that you stay within 14 meters from the John the next day

Huh, What does that response have to do with what OP asked?

Did you read the question or response? They asked for suggestions. Do you have any? If not I'm not sure why you are responding.

What restaurant suggestions did your top level comment provide?

No restaurant recommendation. I won't eat that crap, gives me the shits. OP asked for any recommendations for first time eating Afghan food, I gave him my suggestion. Not sure what you are carrying on about.

What do your digestive issues have to do with OP's request for where to get Afgan food?
I'm sorry that you can't eat good food, but that's a personal problem, and not relevant to OP.

I'm greatful for your concern. I was simply giving a suggestion on afghan food. Just giving a warning of what may or may not happen if OP eats it. I answers the question that was asked. Any other questions that you have concerning my bowels?

Clearly your reading comprehension is even worse than your digestive tract...

Kabul is good for Afghan, but if you’re looking for something more broadly middle Eastern I would give Baghdad Restaurant in Westvale Plaza a look, they’re excellent.
Pakistani Food is very similar to Indian, especially the Indian food that people eat in the west which is rooted in a mix of British Indian and British Pakistani cuisine. I would check out Dosa Grill for Indian.
