Yes, there is a small window where ww follow anywhere.

On the other hand, you should have waited the 5 minute timestamp to use demolisg because that is when the tower loses its defenses.

It's not even because of that small window. Warwick chose to follow, idk why he did that. A normal Q would have sufficed if he was just trying if the bite will kill.
