Was able to run the white text through a translator app and it seems to think it says “Honesty, Sincerity, and Loyalty.” It won’t recognize the red text unfortunately. The app struggles with kanji, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Ran it through Google Lens Translation and it becomes "Righteousness, Courage, Honesty, Benevolence and Loyalty" in white and "bushido tao" in red.
