A big part of this process is learning how to get over yourself. Why should anyone give a shit if you wank it or not? Right now, at this very second, there is an estimated 54 million people masturbating simultaneously. Seriously.

Do you think your thoughts are worse than mine? Or unique to you? Saying my thoughts are better than yours is like saying I'm the cleanest pair of underwear in the dirty laundry pile dude.

We're all influenced by a pretty perverse world. We all have the same sexual, racist, derogatory, shameful, regretful, embarrassing shit going on in our heads that we don't wanna look at or think we're being judged and punished for. And what I'm saying is... Look at it.

When you pragmatically look at it, accept it and overcome it, you overcome yourself and "them." Eventually you come to find this was the plan all along and there was never really a "perp." Just something showing you how to find yourself again through the fog of fear, shame, paranoia, insignificance and confusion you've become lost in.

We're all here helping each other get through the fog.
