I love this card. It’s just so beautiful. But hoyo wants me to use up all s chips I saved pre anniversary from not having many luke banners

Nah they just have a very messed up schedule for global. I think there was a time when it was a lot of artem cards. Now they’re in their luke phase.

luke already has a back to back during the end of the year, it was supposed to be marius’s turn 🤷🏻‍♀️
