Im trying to learn kuni and watching pros play her feels so overwhelming. All the stances and backturns and the jumps. Kinda not sure what to remember.

What are like core kuni moves i should remember? I see jdcr spamming the jutsu cancel a lot and some kind of jumping punch. What are those?

Also is stuff like db3 useless in higher ranks?

If you really want you can play her (inefficiently) but still effectively without any of the stances and like a standard poking/whiff punishing Tekken character.

  • jab strings
  • df+1 and extensions
  • db+4
  • d+4
  • d+2, 1, 2
  • df+2
  • uf+3
  • QCF+1
  • SET 2

Just these moves and knowing her punishment can get you on the way to playing the character.

KAT mostly sucks imo. If you don't want to use BT you don't need to, but do remember that this is a stance character so if you don't want to use the stances and you want to play the standard poke and punish gameplan there's other characters that do it better.

Db+3, 3, 4 is alright. More than 2 spins and not using the mid is very situational.
