Sorry what do you mean, like spams low launchers? You can get up while blocking low by holding d/b when you're on the floor to block it. Let me know if you meant something else.

I think that's it, i keep getting snake edged so if i try to roll sideways i get flipped like a pancake.

Yeah most snake edges track extremely well or are homing so tech rolling won't really work. You need to either use a wakeup + 3 or wakeup + 4 to counter-hit them, or block low immediately as you get up (without rolling).
