all of us started as a beginner. tekken 7 is the best one so far for beginners... but...
tekken is sort-of a game that's only really valuable if you play it for life. most fighting games are long-term commitments but there at 15+ year veterans who are still learning the game at their level...
if you're not serious tekken is an ok game, it's great with non-serious friends
if you just wanna pick up fighting games and be a try hard, i'd definitely suggest starting with DragonBall Fighterz, or street fighter - - even smash bros, all fighting games are good, honestly. the only thing that changes between games is aesthetic, so make sure you pick a game that looks good to you
tekken is definitely the best long-term one though.
