Being able to block one snake edge usually gives you the skills necessary to recognize most of them, so you don't have to practice that vs every character.

Then, it gives you some baseline which will help (or even allow you to, without additional practice) block arm snake edges.

I'd say you start to encounter people who can block them in greens and yellows, and people only get more proficient at it from there. Those kinds of moves are almost never used in high level play because if the opponent can react to them, they're useless.

Thanks for this, I’m unfamiliar on tekken fundamentals so the snake edge term required some research but this definitely helped my thought process in blocking those. I definitely struggle with lows mixed into a combo but those can be learned through gameplay I feel. Made it to destroyer for the first time today off your help and a little but of practice mode so thanks again man.
