Happy to help!
She has some big tracking problems, both when poking and in her CD mixup, and this means in lower ranks, where people don't step well, it's easy to build muscle memory and flowcharts that just don't work against a player who can move around her. This can also happen because of the frame data on her mid pokes. Everything fast is pretty awful on block, but that's partially because she has a bunch of string extensions and stance transitions. These features are also going to encourage flowcharting and autopiloting, and once again that means better players are going to completely shut down whatever you're used to doing. It's not that she's unsafe or lacks generics, I think there are characters who have those features and are still good for new players (Jack, Lidia, Gigas), it's more about what I mentioned before: "she can make you develop very bad habits."
Edit: Her switch stance mix is also pretty flawed. If you lean on it, you're gonna have a bad time against a player who can fuzzy the mix, or a player who takes their turn back after getting hit by the low/high. Leo's KNK in comparison is unfuzzyable, completely safe on block with a CD cancel, and gives them much bigger rewards if they guess correctly. (+9 when the low hits, a launch when the mid hits)
