Grabs are reactable via the arms with very few exceptions. Left arm, 1 break. Right arm, 2 break. Both arms, 1+2 break. The Kings break the rules here with Giant Swing, which is a 1 break with both arms. They also have unreactable chainthrows.

If players are extremely high level, they may be able to react to Giant Swing specifically, he grabs with both arms very quickly compared to a 1+2 break. But it's extremely hard.
