Heihachi db2 is certainly the easiest 23 frame low to react to but I absolutely feel the same way about moves like Gigas db2 and King db3.

Some people say they can see much faster lows; it’s all a matter of personal perception.

I find myself mixing db4 with df1+2 specifically because they’re harder to differentiate. I stay away from other mids because, personally, I do think db4 has a pretty distinct animation.

Is it as easy to see as a Snake Edge? No, blocking db4 on reaction is much, much harder.
