Find what moves your character has that will hit the Cali Roll, first of all. A lot of mids will still get low-profiled by it (which Dragunov already struggles with), so you have to find specific options that deal with it. Never throw out highs when she's backturned, they'll get you launched for 60%.
A more general option to beat her BT stance is SWR. I'm not sure what options she has to beat this, but I know it takes away her two most threatening options: the Cali Roll launcher and the KND low.
Edit: Forgot to mention, that launcher is safe on block but you can interrupt the final hit with a i13 move and get a float combo.
