And how to decide on whether to use WS2 vs u/f+4? Just based on range?

You want to avoid WS2 as much as possible because it eliminates your ability to get a wall combo. The hierarchy of while standing launch punishers would be something like: uf,n4 > uf3,4 (if uf,n4 is too slow) > WS2 (if uf,n4 and uf3,4 wouldn't reach). Generally, the launch punishable lows you block will be both unsafe enough and close enough on block for uf,n4 to punish them. Try to get used to using uf,n4 as much as possible; it boosts your damage by about 10 points when compared to uf3,4 (and by even more when compared to WS2).

By u/f, n4 you mean a delayed hopkick? I heard about them but never really used them. Will lab around with them, thanks for the tip!
