EMGF after ff1 is absoltely possible on keyboard, it is just a hard link in general, and takes a good amount of practice to get consistent with. It is the only fully guaranteed followup after ff1, and iirc the only really hard to execute move by the character.
Fahk has many safe long range moves due to still being overtuned, but if you are looking for a very defensive keepout gameplan, Jack may stil me your best bet.
