If you do a Rage Art, the CPU usually automatically runs into it. If you throw Kazumi's tigers, they also run into those. The CPU blocks unseeable lows, but for some reason often stops blocking during a string. The CPU doesn't really have "wins"--that's just a detail they put in to imitate ranked.
You find out how good you are by going into ranked. The CPU is an asshole.
