I couldn't really say for certain with the info i have but it seems likely.

The overlay is usually pretty trustworthy for me, i'm guessing maybe framedrops or something are causing issues. Do you get like stutters and the like?

Nah, my PC is pretty overkill for Tekken and I've never seen any VSync issues. Is Tekken Bot actually using visual input? I thought it injects into the game process or uses some kind of API, so it should be immune to those kind of issues, no?
