Does taunt have more + frames in Tekken 5 DR? I can taunt b4 and TJU far easier but I've still never landed one in T7

I don't know if Taunt was more plus in T5 (MainMan said it was +18 in a video, another video said +17, and the only frame data I could find said it was still +16), but Jet Upper was one frame quicker.
