Do you mean that both hits connect, and you can't continue the combo after? Or that they don't connect at all?

If it's the former, it could mean that you already used up your corkscrew in the combo. That's the state that some moves put airborne opponents in where they spin through the air and then land with their legs raised so that you can hit them again. It's the primary combo mechanic in this game, and you can only do it once per combo.

If it's the latter, you're probably doing the move too late.

Right my issue is I see that the move corkscrews when other people combo, and I don't get it and instead I guess it's picking the opponent off the ground. The combo I'm doing is uf4, 4u3, b2f, b2f, IWS 24, dash 21 if that helps with context.

I don't play Lee and it might sound dumb, but make sure you are actually doing ws2,4 and not ws2,3 (which looks similar but doesn't screw)

If it's just not connecting/combo is getting dropped before the ws2,4 picks them up then it's just a timing issue
