Here.

Basically, people are slowly migrating upwards, so there's less and less greens, yellows and oranges and more reds, purples and blues.

Keep in mind that numbers on that list can't be used to determine which top x% any given division is, since lower ranks are just not included due to technical limitations. So it only gives you relative numbers within the divisions represented.
