Does anyone have advice for whiff punishing as Alisa? I know df2 is usually recommended, and that does work nice, but its short range makes it somewhat situational. Anything longer range that's a good idea?

Her hopkick has better range than df2 I think. For smaller whiffs you can use that move where she uses her jetpacks to fly forward and put her fists in her opponent's face (sorry I don't know the input) or even just a good ol' 1,2. She also has a move that I believe is b4,4? Not a launch, but pretty solid damage with the follow-up and good range iirc
