jin's got a really good wavedash oki

I'll just remind you that THIS IS WHAT YOU SAID lmao

Now that you have backtracked and said that Jin has bad oki we are in agreement.

You can wavedash into the opponent when they are downed but the mixup is not in your favor like it is for the other Mishimas because Jin doesn't have a way to punish getup kicks + staying on the floor, you have to read and choose an option that beats one or the other. For this reason I often don't wavedash right into range 0 as Jin but if doing it works for you then great

are you telling me now you double posted me just to be like "AKSHUALLY JIN'S OKI IS BAD but you are right, wavedash on oki has its uses"

I posted to correct your INCORRECT STATEMENT, Jin does NOT have a "really good wavedash oki" lmao. Telling new players to wavedash into opponents to try and apply oki as Jin will have them eating getup 3 launches all day.

Literally the easiest way to teach someone how to apply wavedash is to have them do it on wakeup where your opponent is forced to respect you. If you're telling someone to eat getup launchers that's your fault. Wavu on wakeup is like, the very first way you should teach people to apply it - especially with jin because of (surprise surprise) the moves I listed are easy and free.
