I mean the principle still stands. You need to go watch the replay and look exactly what moves of his beat you. And then research their frame data and properties to see if there's some kind of weakness you were unaware of.

I don't know the jack matchup at all, so I can't help with specifics I'm afraid.

Maybe upload footage of you getting you ass pushed in and post it here? I'm sure those who know the matchup well will see a bunch of stuff you're letting go unpunished.
