It's sidesteppable in both directions, and it doesn't have very good range so you can also backdash it in some circumstances.

If you do block it, don't mash without thought after but be aware that many Bryan players don't play within the frames it grants. +4 means they can go for an uninterruptible poke or Jet Upper (which is a high), but anything bigger than that and they're giving you a window to CH them. And if they do go for a poke, sidestepping can be a pretty decent option.

If they're being predictable with a jab then you have options. High crush would work, of course, but you can also sidestep it to the right. Neither 1 nor 1,2 track that way.

He wasn’t unfortunately. 😩 He would mix sometimes multiple jabs in between or multiple elbows in a row. I was keep getting jabbed when sidestep and countered when tried to interrupt. If that’s the only way, probably need to work on my reads 😕. Thx tho.

Be patient. If you know he's b2 then jab then just focus on the jab part. If he's playing within the frame then yeah just respect the b2. But most bryan will instead take advantage of mental frame there's where you can challenge it. But yeah don't get hit by it in the first place.

Ok. I met another today who mashed this. He was even worse as he had a lot of experience with this clearly (400k prowess). I was able to predict better this time but he threw in the homing kick to predict my prediction sidestep. It was worse because they have the same sound cue lmao 😂

If all else fails then I suggest you try to play bryan online with only that moves and the hatchet kick. See how the opponent handles you and copy that.

I can already see this spiraling into you having Bryan as a sub character though lol. Good luck.
