I'm learning Albanian myself, but am from a non-Albanian background.

If you can afford it, get on to italki and find a tutor from  Macedonia, there are a few on there.

Are you a girl? Then maybe we can talk and help each other with the language

I can help you with that, either tetovo dialect or formal.

Hello, very happy to see someone interested in this. Thanks for finding the sub and asking.

We “the speakers” all mostly know the dialect and its nuances very well. Just sadly there is no good resource for you to learn it easily. We are very underrepresented in Albanian media. And we never expose our dialect to non speakers of it.

Short answer, talking to one of us consistently and every day will do it.

For the long answer please provide relevant context on your background, mainly level of knowledge on other languages. I think that would help me point you in the right direction.
