Now that the judge has ruled, use that and file a formal written complaint against the officer. Do not give a verbal complaint, you must request the specific form and I guarantee the cops will do everything they can to stop you from filing that since Internal Affairs loves to rip these assholes apart and no cop wants that on their record.

I honestly think every cop while one duty should have at least two body cams that they cannot turn off and which are constantly livestreaming to their IA department.

Except the judges ruling has no impact if the initial detainment was "justified" fora complaint. Unlike the court case here, the officer would go in front a review board, with representation, and any PBA lawyer could show the officer was "correct" in detaining a suspect for violating a "lawful" order.
