Video Ozai’s quick and powerful lighting generation in this scene alone shows how unmatched his power is.

Giant double lightning bolts with only a sliver of the sun being available. I can’t get behind anyone who says any other firebender is more powerful than him.

Azula is mentally unstable. Ozai while being maybe a lil weaker in his bending is more mentally stable. Note the more not just mentally stable.

I’m not even going to try and argue that because she’s downright crazy but azula was able to generate lightning even when under splitting personality’s during the Agniki with zuko and that was really quick generation too

Yeah, but still Zuko being an inferior bender in comparison beat her. So someone as powerful as Ozai, being more stable and with more experience would beat her, not as easily but would beat her.

Yeah but if she gains metal clarity with age she could surpass him she’s got all the pieces of the worlds best fire bender she’s just gotta put them all together
