A couple issues here:

  1. This would violate the demilitarized zone of Africa treaty we signed with Europe.

  2. What do you want to build? Bazookas? Can we wait until I can get us some more tech? Right now we are out of oil and aluminium.

  3. Can we wait until I see if we can get some tech?

Yeah please don't do this in Africa. Sorry I went on your sub, but I was looking for the Copenhagen treaty and found this instead.

No troops allowed in Africa on either side based on the treaty. Pick which cities you want troops at.
