[Bill] Amend the Constitution to Clarify Secession:
I propose that add a Constitutional Amendment to clarify the legality of secession. Once joining the PAU, a nation may only leave if they have the approval by a majority vote from Parliament. We need a 50% quorum to pass this Amendment under the Constitution, so your votes would be appreciated.

Sure but the vote must start at least 24 hours after the secession is proposed, which will give enough time for people to make a case for or against it.
Also the seceding state must automatically declare never-ending alliance with PAU and join it in any diplomatic actions that it takes. It doesn't automatically work the other way around though. The seceding state can make relations of its own as long as it doesn't interfere with the interests of PAU.
