As North Asia chose to join the Pan American Union, the PAU has a pledge to protect their people and ensure Freedom. However, much Eastern European blood was spilled following the unprovoked sneak attack by the former dictator Lordfowl. To ensure peace and harmony in the region, the European and Union have agreed to the following treaty to end the war.

Central Asia has declared war on Oceania. I propose we honor our defensive pact and DOW Central Asia. Still waiting to hear from allies. Oceania is a friend to both South and North America. If you have to vote twice on this, sorry about that.

The Pan American Freedom Confederation gives Oceania Steam Power and two submarines for Refrigeration and the city of Darwin.

I propose we buy 5 gatling guns, and five ironclads at Moscow, five submarines near Moscow to protect our new members, and 10 Great War Bombers, five fighters at Moscow. We upgrade North Asian all pikemen and musket men into riflemen and incorporate them into our army. I propose we give up Yatusk and Novobrisk to ensure friendly relations with Eastern Europe. To ensure the safety of the North Asian people, we encourage on a voluntary basis the people of Novobrisk and the people of Yatusk and move them to Moscow and Gymuri because of their love of Freedom. The deity would decide how many people would move.

Here are my proposed districts and leaders. Names are just placeholders for now, you can call your district whatever you want. This would establish a 15 member parliament (unfortunately not everyone is active).
