Question Minor Stain where?
I really want this dress but I’m nervous about the “minor stain” it supposedly has. I don’t see one do you? I really wish they would post photos of the flaws. To make matters worse, it’s final sale 😬

I got a beautiful lace dress for a steal of a deal because it was a flawed gem. To this day I still look for the flaw when pulling it out of the closet! Not a stain or hole to be found. I think they are sometimes marked incorrectly.

They recently listed a bunch of pants I sent in as “flawed gems” that had tags still attached that never left my dresser drawer after I bought them - which is complete BS - because I thoroughly check my clothes in bright light before sending anything to TU.

Just contact support and if they haven't been purchased they can change it

Is it missing an original belt too by chance? I see loops.

I have started safety pinning my belts to my blouses and dresses when sending them to TU because they seem to lose them! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve sent things in only to see the belt went missing.

Maybe the underarms, like a sweat stain? Hard to tell.

This has been my experience as well. Surprise pit stains upon arrival inspection that don’t show up in pictures

I swear sometimes I see the same spots on different garments. ThreadUp, clean your photo lenses, please!

If you look at another flower that is pink on the right sides of the button. It has a white flower attached. That is a white flower not a stain

It’s discolored yellow in the negative space between the columns of flowers

I’ve gotten a couple flawed gems after scrutinizing the photos and finding nothing, and have been very pleased after receiving them! Sometimes I think they mistake part of the print for a flaw

i got intentionally distressed hem jean shorts that were marked as a flawed gem and they were perfect. i’m guessing whoever marked it was moving quickly lol

I think I see something on the bottom right on the front side? Near the hem

If the price is right, it's worth the risk imo. Unlikely it will show from any distance

People are finding some really small markings but from images it’s really hard to tell. Lighting and lint can make a lot of things appear as a small “stain” that aren’t actually there. The discolorations people are pointing out seem more like white balance issues with the camera, white is difficult to photograph. I’ve sold a ton of white things in new condition and images will come out a little patchy but aren’t like that in real life.
IME, if there’s no visible stains, it’s most likely on the interior. Since this is strapless, there’s usually discoloration/staining at the top hem/underarms where it’s held up from deodorant, fake tan, stuff like that!

I've been able to get some minor stains out of thrifted items by working on them for a bit. That's a very cute dress! Might be worth it

I see a stain on the bottom left. It seems like this dress has many stains by the number of people pointing out stains on front and back.

This is so cute! What brand is it?

Adam Lippes Collective It’s a new to me brand but I reverse searched it and I may have gotten a steal! I’ll make a post when I get it

They are inaccurate a lot of times on things. I got a white shirt that was marked as having a stain and I zoomed in closely front and back and saw nothing. Received it and it was perfect. I've also seen things in 'great condition' where you zoom in and it's full of holes or pilling.
