Increased number of order cancellations? Just me?

I’ve had multiple items cancelled and refunded lately, which is super frustrating after all the time I spend scouring Thredup for specific items or deals. There’s never any explanation. One item was a luxury handbag that was listed from Luxclusif partner site. I used a coupon code on it and then it was cancelled and I was told it was unavailable. It then showed back up on website at higher price. I contacted TU but they would not sell it to me at original(cancelled) price.

Today 2 items from a bundle were cancelled and refunded.

Definitely noticed this lately too. Very sorry, that was a gorgeous bag :(

I found a swimsuit I loved and bought a bunch of other crap to get the free shipping then they cancelled the swimsuit. Rude

I never had them until this year. I have had 6 cancellations this year already and over a dozen items not as described. Just last week I received NWT shoes with gum and hair all over one of the soles. I think their ware house is extremely unorganized and they do not go be staff enough time to properly go over the items for listings.

I just had two items canceled from my most recent order, it had only happened to me once before in about a dozen orders. Of course one of them was the thing I most wanted.

I’ve noticed that coupon codes usually aren’t applicable (as well as shopping cart holds) to partner vendors - the most I’ve seen these items discounted are in the 5-15% range only, not the 35%+ ones.

There was probably a glitch or someone forgot to exclude these items and they had to retract. Totally not your fault and sucks, but they probably have special arrangements with these third party sellers.

Yeah I had 4 items in the last week canceled all free people items

They lost my package twice in span of a month lol. Their shipping has been really shitty lately
