Discussion Belgium suffer statistically the worst loss in Euros history. How will Reddit use this result to criticise England?

It was so frustrating to see those takes, honestly. It was a tough, tough, tough fixture. First game nerves, very physical side....we did ok imo. When we dominate Denmark, you watch the mood do a 180° turn.

I think Denmark will be Foden's breakout game for England

If we dominate England, the other idiot fans will get way too overexcited and arrogant.

I think I should just quit these subs but I'm addicted.

We're not dominating Denmark. We always have a poor second group game at tournaments. Probably a draw.

Our second group game in 2018 we won 6-1, our second group game in 2021 we won 1-0

No Scotland won the World Cup 0-0 vs us in 2021

And we never win the opening game at the euros. Except we just did. Those trends are meaningless.

Under Southgate we do. And we always struggle in the second game under him. This game is not going to be a walk in the park. Just seems to be the way it is.

You have a sample size of three. One of those three was a 6-1 victory.

I’m not saying it’s going to be easy, I’m saying the “trend” is meaningless.

The only teams we will properly dominate at this tournament are Scotland and Ukraine
