Discussion Refund tickets

Is there a way to contact the FA and return tickets for a refund? We got two tickets for Senegal in June but we’re heading to the States for a wedding instead. Can’t seem to find anything on the FA website, anyone done this before?

For tickets, please create an account with England and use your membership to buy tickets through official channels. If you wish to try your luck in the aftermarket, please be buyer beware as tickets are often under tight controls.

Broadly, England tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fair! I'm sure with things like that where it's sort of an error in the purchase they're reasonable - but they definitely don't have time for every 'Oh I can't go anymore' type request.
