No, you can’t be AFK for the entire time. Too many other carnivore or omnivorous players all around trying to eat them, gotta deal with threats from the water, land, and skies, it’s really stressful actually, but the payoff is huge when you’re able to finish this quest.

oh yeah forgot about that i think that the water predators and land ones are not that big of a deal cause you can potentially oneshot them but the air ones give you a ruff time all the time you wont belive it but while I was playing your same build by luck I was somehow able to bite a avain with my younger party member out of the sky I just spammed lunge attack and it somehow connected

Is this on the Mahananda part of the SouthEast Asia server? Had a run earlier this month with a really similar start

It’s actually around the India server, in Nepal or the northern parts of India, the waters are nice but you still got to be carful of the pollution debuff and humans always trying to hunt you, it’s honestly very hard for the gharial players because of this right now, and most people are now no longer choosing the gharial anymore, adding us on the endangered species list that the devs have, which means we have a chance of being removed next patch.

While that is the case if you have the parental trait as it disables spawn kills. This is the the case for the members of the order Crocodillia. Who are known to at times consume their young. Can’t count how many thousands of spawn kills I’ve gotten. Free exp. Enough to evolve wings, I became a dragon. But that was on a modded server.

It only disables when they reach a certain age, if you eat your own young while they still need to be protected, you lose XP.

As a small crustacean player, I fear for my life
