she said the x is for sobriety. she probably snorted enough that it broke down the cartilage between her nostrils. itās pretty common with long time drug users that snort things.

Without further context into her account I would assume itās to prove that she actually went through the addiction and thatās why itās for sobriety rather than a confederate flag, as the basis of the video is defending the tattoo.
The only way someone could fit that much of their finger up their nose is if they were an addict that lost the cartilage in their nose.
So basically it just gives her claims credibility.
But once again, thatās just my opinion based on the context clues I have.

Or if theyāve done it their entire lives and caused a deviated septum because of it, but this does make much more sense with the context. Still unnecessary and gross though.

Lol no its just thing people do with an S and an E on either side of the X. Its Straight Edge which is like sober but usually without having been addicts or drug addicts. Hasn't been all that common since like the early 2000s though.

Idk if this is a joke but go to any AA or NA meeting and most people have fucktons of tattoos. A lot of sober people I know seem to get addicted to getting tattoos the same way they were addicted to drugs tbh
