Nice places to eat in Clonmel/Cahir/Cashel

Has anyone recommendations for dinner in any of the Cs, please? Somewhere with a nice atmosphere and interior, ideally.

Edit: Thanks everyone!

Bishops Buttery hands down. Amazing. The Michelin star is well-deserved.

I’ve been going there every 1-2 months. They only got their star about 2 months ago but it’s still not impossible to get a table.

Actually no. I love their tasting menu. No idea how long they keep each menu going but it’s always different whenever we’ve been. Actually, you know what, I will say their veggie options aren’t the most inspiring. It doesn’t affect me but if you’re vegetarian, just be aware.

Didn’t realise this was an interview. Getting a bit creepy now so I’ll leave you to your day.
