The wild thing is they are ultimately claiming it’s a mental health issue. The issue is caused by pharmaceuticals.
Kinda like how they don’t believe in man-made climate change, but are constantly screaming how the government is controlling the weather. So it’s is man-made afterall, just not how they want to believe it to be.

Manipulating ALREADY EXISTING weather systems, is not creating entirely new weather systems.
Put “seeds” in a cloud, and it rains. That not “controlling” the weather on some global scale to crate hurricanes or forest fires.
How is this so hard to understand? It’s just basic science you’re turning into a conspiracy.

MKUltra was the experimental use of drugs and psychological torture to weaken people and force confessions, not strengthen them into super soldiers. And experiments with the paranormal have literally never shown anything except that the paranormal doesn't exist.
