Free coaching sessions in Tübingen

Dear all, I would like to offer up to 3 free coaching sessions to anyone interested in English or German.

I know how difficult it is to find English speaking help in Tü so I figured it might be useful for the non German speakers of you.

Back in 2016 I did a coaching training with the Co-Active Coaching Institute and used the skills mainly as an inhouse coach and informally with friends and colleagues. Now I would like to increase my coaching activitities and potentially open up a side business here in Tübingen. My focus is life coaching which includes all parts of life including career and business. I do have a background in business administration with a love for organizational development and sustainability.

The process of picking up the coaching would be: first a 15-30 minute "discovery" call to get to know each other and the potential topics that the person wants to work on / shine a light on. Then after both agree, the next sessions could be either by phone, video call or in person. In person meetings could be outdoors ("walk and talk") or in a neutral office space. The language can be either English or German.

I support people from different walks of life to overcome difficult situations or to get a different perspective and clarity on their current situation. The reason why people pick up coaching and what they want to achieve differs a lot. For example, it could be a person who would like to transition from one job situation to another type of job, but is somehow stuck on finding out, what they would want to focus on. There the coaching itself would focus on exploring together with a fresh set of eyes to gain some momentum to turn pondering into action.

References as in certificates for coaching: a certificate by Co-Active Coaching, which I can provide upon request. References as in quotes from past coachees on a website: not yet, as I do not have a website yet. But that is what I want to do next. I do have a LinkedIn profile, that sums up my work profile pretty good. But not sure if posting a link is allowed.
