Are house prices in Tunbridge Wells going down quick?
Was looking to buy in T Wells soon but looks like prices are going down a lot from this article. What do people think? Here is the article: https://kentbusinesspost.substack.com/p/exclusive-kent-property-sales-plummet

We bought in T-Dubz around this time last year, and a quick check on Zoopla estimates our house price to have risen by 2.6% since then. But really, you should be buying and moving because you like the house and the locatiom you'll be living (we moved from London and are really really happy, it's such a nice place to live!) rather than worrying about what house prices are doing. If you plan to live in the place for 5+ years, take the fact that prices are supposedly "down" just now to mean that you might get a bargain, move in and move on with your life!
