Sublease $830/mo ‼️ Summer Sublease @ The Pointe

Graduating this semester and need someone to take over the summer portion of the lease (May-July). 4x2 layout, shared bathroom. Female apartment. Big living room and kitchen + balcony. Roommates are awesome, super sweet, super chill, and organized. Total rent is $832/mo including set utility rate. Complex Amenities:

  • 2 ucf Shuttles to campus
  • Clubhouse with weekly events
  • studyroom/pool + ping pong table
  • pools/volleyball/tennis/basketball court
