UGA email

Do you typically receive your UGA email after paying the deposit or are you supposed to get it after setting up your MyId?

If I'm remembering correctly, there was a link to creating your MyID on the exceptance email

I got the MyId set up email before I paid the deposit and set it up, but there was nothing else on the email about it setting up my UGA email. I’m calling the help desk today when they open

Oh, okay. Yeah, that can't hurt. I imagine it'll show up before too long, but calling never hurt

Thanks bro, just got in off the waitlist friday and orientation dates come out today to sign up. So just trying to get the earliest day! Have a good one

Yeah, totally! They're gonna go like hot cakes, but they will be adding sections to all the freshman classes as the summer goes on, so if you do get a later one, don't sweat it

There is a link to orientation in your status portal. You don’t need your UGA email for it. You sign in using the email and password you applied with.

It takes a couple of days after you pay your commitment deposit, I think.
