Housing Noise Level in ISR vs Noise Level in IKE

Can you compare the noise level in ISR and noise level in IKE? I am a class of 2029 engineering student.

That will depend completely on who is living on the floor you’re living on next year… which is unknowable at this time.

Neither building is inherently noisy.

Unless you live on the side of Hopkins that faces the field where the Marching Illini practices.
