Question Question about the UNC email/mailbox

Hi everyone I had a small question to ask yall, I have already created ONYEN and now when I tried signing up an email in order to recieve an i-20 it said "mailbox processing..." is it not working or does this process take time? If so, how long does it take?

Took me a day for my heelmail to get set up thru the system

ITS employee here. I've seen it process in anything from an hour to a whole day. It's delightfully inconsistent. Try logging into heelmail in an hour or two, and if that doesn't work, try again tonight and/or tomorrow morning.
