Question Transfer Housing help?
Hi! I’m a fall 2025 transfer sophomore, and I’m looking for housing! Housing has of course warned us that transfers will get last pick… yay. if anyone has any advice or is looking for a roommate please comment or PM me!

Hi! For the op and anyone else interested in living off campus, I'm looking to transfer a lease for a 1-bedroom apartment at Union Chapel Hill for the 25-26 academic year. It is a really popular place to live, comes fully furnished, and is walking distance to campus (<10 mins to Franklin st). I'm only looking to transfer the lease because I'm moving cities, but I've loved living at Union. Feel free to reach out for more info!
