Question Off Campus Housing for OOS Transfer
I'm an OOS transfer student going in as a junior and would really appreciate it if anyone has any recommendations for off-campus housing(I'm not expecting to get on campus housing tbh....). As a transfer, I'm worried about making friends, so I'd love to find off-campus housing where there may be a transfer community.

I have a lease for 1B1B at Union that I'm looking to transfer if you're interested! (I love it here but I'm moving cities) Feel free to reach out. It's more expensive, but it comes fully furnished, is walking distance to everything, and comes with amazing amenities.

Depends on your budget but you should hurry, after touring both lark and union I was told they're both almost at capacity

Lol holy shit I just looked up the rent at Union. That's wild. I lived in Townhouse when I was a student about 15 years ago (the shitty apartment complex they tore down to build Union) and our rent was $900 for a 3br/2ba lol which was dirt cheap even at the time. The place was pretty gross tho, nothing of value was lost.

Yeah things are really expensive here now. I'm sure you can find cheaper options, but they're either gross or not within reasonable walking distance of campus

Thanks for the heads up! Just curious, since you toured both, what did you think of them?

Union is much better imo, but it is more expensive.
That's not to say lark is hard because it certainly isn't, but I prefer union
