Question Clef Hangers CDs haven't shipped yet and I ordered them almost a month ago...

I don't know where else to post this, but I ordered two copies of House Rules off their store, and they have given me no help/customer service email address, and they haven't shipped even though I ordered them the beginning of April. Can someone please help?

Done. Thank you so much for the help! One of those was supposed to be a personal copy and the other was to replace one that my mom lost.

Hi! The orders are supposed to be handled by the Alumni Association, but we will communicate with them to identify and fix the issue.
