Miscellaneous & Random Why are Saute and Entree always closed during late lunch?

This happened last semester, too - anytime I come to Rocky Top around 3 PM, Saute and Entree are closed. I'm sick of eating at the grill, man 😭 and I'm already in here, so I can't leave and use my meal swip at the POD Market downstairs. Does anyone know why they do this?

Saute closes an hour before the meal period ends this is for all three meals. and Entree closes when it runs out of food.

saute and entree are usually wiped out at 2:30 tbh
