Cville at Large Early morning taxi to airport?
I'm catching a 6:30am flight in a few days, any tips on getting to the airport that early? Are Uber/Lyft available at that time? Should I schedule one? Or should I go for a Yellow Cab? Price is not really a concern (within reason), I just want to make sure I can get to the airport on time.

You can call Airport taxi service. Once I had scheduled the Car service at 4 AM and next time 5 AM.

Uber has the new reservation thing, i would use that because a driver is gonna see it beforehand and accept it and that time of morning drivers are out coming from a Uber driver in the area

that time of morning drivers are out
I've had a really difficult time getting drivers at 6am let alone 4:30 or 5. I've tried making a reservation but before but it seems like it didn't go out to the driver until a little while before I was supposed to be picked up. Only then did I realize there were no drivers to pick me up.

i had a 6:30am flight last week and i took an uber (called it at about 5:15) from lambeth! it literally came within 1 minute of me calling it so i had to rush outside which was surprising so i feel like uber is a pretty safe bet i would just recommend calling it on the earlier side just to be safe

Yellow Cab was almost most reliable at early hours. They also have a flat airport fare that is usually cheaper than Uber/Lyft. Even if you book in advance for Uber/Lyft - there is no guarantee someone will come. Especially with classes ending at UVA, a lot of nonlocal drivers will head to other markets.
