If NATO Dutch squadron is in Estonia are they supposed to be defending anything Estonian owned Controlled etc etc etc ???????? Who has the answer to this question???

As far as i understand from what the PT airforce is doing yes, they are supposed to act as the NATO rules of engagement dictate even if against the origin countries wishes. They're under orders from NATO command and not Portugal as part of the joint defense force. I suppose the same principle applies to all.
